Really, cats?

Now, I’m not saying that the cats are keeping track of my receipts from the yarn store, but it sure seems like it.

Perhaps cats can just intrinsically know the value of a set of knitting needles and only choose to chew on the best ones. That must be why I just picked up my Addi Turbos to find the cord chewed.

And why, just a few weeks ago, the ends of my beautiful, brand-spankin’-new Lantern Moon straights had been gnawed.

I swear, these cats need to get a job to pay for all the stuff they ruin. But will they? Ha!

This is the current needle chewing suspect

  1. Max leaves my needles alone, it’s when he chews on my WIPs that I want to pull my hair out. I can always tell when he does it too; he’ll sit with his back to my knitting chair and won’t look at me. Little sneak, going to have to break this habit pretty darn soon!
